Agencies to Be Served. This Contract shall be for use by the KY DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION including all KY Public School Districts, KY School for the Blind (KSB), KY School for the Deaf (KSD), and the Education and Workforce Development Cabinet which includes but is not limited to the KY Department of Education (KDE), KY Educational Television (KET) and the Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE). No shipments shall be made except upon receipt by vendor of an official delivery order from the using agency.
