After PROJECT acceptance Sample Clauses

After PROJECT acceptance in the event of claims for damages or loss attributable to bodily injury, sickness, death, or injury to or destruction of property that occurs within the PROJECT limits, the LOCAL AGENCY shall defend such claims and hold the STATE harmless there from and the STATE shall not be obligated to pay any such claim or the cost of defense. Nothing in this Section, however, shall remove from the STATE any responsibilities defined by the current laws of the State of Washington or from any liabilities for damages caused by the STATE’S own negligent acts or omissions independent of the work performed under this AGREEMENT.

  • CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE By acceptance of this order, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that the scope of the work required is understood by ▇▇▇▇▇▇; that there are no informal commitments by Buyer that in any way affect the work under this order; that there are no open or unresolved issues related to this order except as explicitly stated herein; and that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ therefore understands and agrees that this order states the complete agreement of the parties. CAS requirements do not apply if the order does not exceed $650,000 or if the Seller claims an exemption per the Proposal Representation and Certification, or if certified cost or pricing data was not provided.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • PROJECT WORK PLAN The Statement of Work is the formal document incorporated into the Grant. The Project Work Plan documents how the Grantee will achieve the performance measures outlined in the Grant. Changes to the Statement of Work require an amendment. Project Work Plans may be changed with written approval from DFPS and the Grantee.

  • Project Budget A Project Budget shall be prepared and maintained by Grantee. The Project Budget shall detail all costs for which the Grant will be used during the Term. The Project Budget must be approved in writing by the Project Monitor. Grantee shall carry out the Project and shall incur costs and make disbursements of funds provided hereunder by the Sponsor only in conformity with the Project Budget. The current approved Project Budget is contained in Attachment “C”. Said Project Budget may be revised from time to time, but no Project Budget or revision thereof shall be effective unless and until the same is approved in writing by Project Monitor. The funds granted under this Grant Contract cannot be used to supplant (replace) other existing funds.

  • Inspection; Acceptance If defective or incorrect material is delivered, Region 4 ESC may make the determination to return the material to the Contractor at no cost to Region 4 ESC. The Contractor agrees to pay all shipping costs for the return shipment. Contractor shall be responsible for arranging the return of the defective or incorrect material.
