Common use of Affiliate Subordination Agreements Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Subordination Agreements. The Companies shall, simultaneously with the incurrence of any and all future Debt of any Company owed to any one or more Affiliates, cause the appropriate Affiliate or Affiliates to execute and deliver to Administrative Agent an Affiliate Subordination Agreement, subordinating the payment of such Debt to the payment of the Obligation.

Affiliate Subordination Agreements. The Companies shall, simultaneously with the incurrence creation of any and all future Debt of any Company owed to any one or more AffiliatesAffiliates (other than a Loan Party), cause the appropriate Affiliate or Affiliates to execute and deliver to Administrative Agent an Affiliate Subordination Agreementagreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit H, subordinating the payment of such Debt to the payment of the Obligation.
