Non-Subordination. The Obligations are not subordinated in any way to any other obligations of Borrower or to the rights of any other Person.

The obligations of Pledgor under this Agreement are not subordinated in any way to any other obligation of Pledgor or to the rights of any other Person, and Pledgor is not a party to or bound by any other agreement, document or instrument that otherwise relates to the Secured Obligations or any of the Collateral (other than the Loan Documents and the Subordinated Loan Documents).

Tenant agrees, without any cost or expense to Landlord, to execute any instrument which is necessary or is reasonably requested by Landlord to further confirm the non-subordination of Landlord’s reversionary interest in the Premises and Landlord’s interest in this Lease. Nothing in the foregoing shall obviate the provisions of Section 14.2 to provide a Lender Recognition Agreement.
