Common use of Affiliate Orders Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may use the Solution by entering into its own Order(s) as agreed with Forward Networks. Each such Order creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and Forward Networks which incorporates this Agreement, with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights or obligations under each other’s agreement with Forward Networks, and breach or termination of any agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
