Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may execute an Order Form pursuant to this ESMA, and such Affiliate will be deemed to be the Customer for purposes of such Order Form, including being bound by the terms of this ESMA.
Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may enter its own Order(s) as mutually agreed with StreamSets. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and StreamSets incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with StreamSets, and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
Affiliate Orders. (a) You and Your Affiliates may order Services from Superloop or its Affiliates by submitting a Service Order. Each Service Order will form a separate agreement to purchase the relevant Services subject to the terms of this Agreement.

This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and Collibra incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Likewise, Collibra may enter into Orders through one or more of its Affiliates in which case such Collibra Affiliate will be treated as “Collibra”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with Collibra (or Collibra Affiliate, as applicable), and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may enter its own Order(s) as mutually agreed with Xxxx. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and Miro incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with Miro, and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
Affiliate Orders. Your Affiliates located in the Territory may execute an Order subject to this Agreement and will be entitled to all the rights and be bound by all the obligations of you under this Agreement, any amendments whenever made, and the Order executed by the Affiliate. You will (a) remain obligated to perform your commitments (including payment obligations) under the Agreement with respect to any Products provided to your Affiliates; and (b) act as the single point-of- contact with us with respect to the Products provided to your Affiliates.

Affiliate Orders. Your Affiliates whom you identify in an email sent to Code42 at XX@xxxx00.xxx may submit Orders as “you” to Code42 under this Agreement. You will place Orders with Code42 or its Affiliate as indicated on the Quote. If you place an Order with a Code42 Affiliate, then that Affiliate will act as “Code42” for sections 5.4 (Ordering and Payment: Payment), and 5.5 (Ordering and Payment: Taxes). Each party is responsible for its Affiliate’s compliance with this Agreement.

Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may enter its own Order(s) and SOW(s) as mutually agreed with First AML. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and First AML incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with First AML, and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
