ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL. 26.1 Subject to all local legal and regulatory requirements the Coverholder may refer (or permit any other party to refer) to Lloyd’s in any publicity, letterheads, directories or advertising material, whether in print, electronic or any other form or media, always in accordance with the rules and guidelines issued by Lloyd’s and any additional requirements given by the Underwriters.
