Advertising and Branding Guidelines. If a Partner would like to use any of Memberium’s brand features (available in the Partner Membership Area) on its website, in an ad, in an article, book or any other medium, or reproduce them anywhere else the Partner must use official sources files and use them properly. Partners may not do any of the following without Memberium’s written permission: (i) Use Memberium’s logos or other intellectual property files in a manner other than as that file was provided by Memberium (i.e., manipulation of logos, etc.); or (ii) use Memberium’s intellectual property in a manner that’s not authorized per the guidance provided here and elsewhere in the Partner Membership Area.   • Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (100% Headline Billing) A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER. Publicity photos, bios and other assets can be downloaded from xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx PURCHASER shall supply all publicity and marketing materials to PRODUCER for review and approval prior to PURCHASER’s print deadlines and/or online launches.

  • Advertising and Marketing Except in so far as herein expressly provided, the Service Provider shall not make or issue any formal or informal announcement (with the exception of Stock Exchange announcements), advertisement or statement to the media in connection with this Agreement or otherwise disclose the existence of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof to any other person without the prior written consent of SARS.

  • Branding 12.1. CLEC shall provide the exclusive interface to CLEC subscribers, except as CLEC shall otherwise specify for the reporting of trouble or other matters identified by CLEC for which Sprint may directly communicate with CLEC subscribers. In those instances where CLEC requests that Sprint personnel interface with CLEC subscribers, such Sprint personnel shall inform the CLEC subscribers that they are representing CLEC, or such brand as CLEC may specify.

  • Advertising and Publicity No Credit Party shall issue or disseminate to the public (by advertisement, including without limitation any “tombstone” advertisement, press release or otherwise), submit for publication or otherwise cause or seek to publish any information describing the credit or other financial accommodations made available by the Lenders pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent. Nothing in the foregoing shall be construed to prohibit any Credit Party from making any submission or filing which it is required to make by applicable law or pursuant to judicial process; provided, that, (i) such filing or submission shall contain only such information as is necessary to comply with applicable law or judicial process and (ii) unless specifically prohibited by applicable law or court order, the Borrower shall promptly notify the Administrative Agent of the requirement to make such submission or filing and provide the Administrative Agent with a copy thereof.

  • Use Guidelines 3.3.1. The JAGGAER Applications are provided to Client for use only as expressly set forth in the Agreement, and Client will not use the JAGGAER Applications in whole or in part for any other use or purpose. In particular, Client will not, and will not allow any third party to: (i) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to reconstruct, identify or discover any source code, underlying ideas, underlying user interface techniques or algorithms of the JAGGAER Applications by any means, or disclose any of the foregoing; (ii) except as expressly set forth in the Agreement, provide, rent, lease, lend, or use the JAGGAER Applications for timesharing, subscription, or service bureau purposes; (iii) sublicense, transfer or assign the JAGGAER Applications or any of the rights or licenses granted under the Agreement; or remove or obscure any trademark, product identification, proprietary marking, copyright or other notices provided with the JAGGAER Applications or related documentation.

  • Training and Promotion a. The contractor will assist in locating, qualifying, and increasing the skills of minorities and women who are applicants for employment or current employees. Such efforts should be aimed at developing full journey level status employees in the type of trade or job classification involved.
