Advance Notice of Student Transfers/Additions. After September 15 of the new school year, whenever feasible, teachers will receive a minimum of two working days’ notice prior to additional students being transferred into their classes. The District shall provide teachers with appropriate equipment and supplies necessary to accommodate their students.
