Administrator to Maintain a List of Independent Consultants. The Administrator shall prepare and maintain a list of Independent Consultants qualified to verify the location of and setbacks for xxxxx, to inspect such xxxxx, and to review available well construction data to determine compliance with the provisions of Sections 10.B.1(c), 10.B.1(d) and 10.B.2 of this Agreement and Section 204(c)(1)(B) of the Settlement Act and to provide verification of whether a well constructed without Notice or pursuant to a void Notice meets such criteria.

  • Independent Contractor; No Partnership; No Agency; No Utility Services 15.1 Company and Developer shall be independent contractors.   • Engagement of Independent Review Organization Within 60 days after the Effective Date, Xx. Xxxxxx shall engage an individual or entity, such as an accounting, auditing, or consulting firm (hereinafter “Independent Review Organization” or “IRO”), to perform the reviews listed in this Section III.C.
