Common use of Administrative Exceptions Clause in Contracts

Administrative Exceptions. Upon forty-eight (48) hours prior notice, the Superintendent may cancel, postpone, or otherwise alter the provisions for the use of other leave if the District determines that the teacher's absence would create a substantial understaffing problem or for other compelling reasons affecting the welfare of the District.
