Common use of Administrative Civil Liability Clause in Contracts

Administrative Civil Liability. A) The Discharger agrees to the imposition of an ACL in the amount of one hundred fifty-three thousand dollars ($153,000) to resolve the violations alleged in Attachment A. The ACL will be spent in accordance with the Compliance Project described herein and in Attachment B.
