Common use of Administrative Civil Liability Clause in Contracts

Administrative Civil Liability. a) The Discharger xxxxx agrees to the imposition of an ACL in the amount of one hundred ten thousand seven hundred fifteen dollars ($110,715) to the Central Valley Water Board to resolve the violation specifically alleged in Attachment A to this Order.

The ACL was spent in accordance with the Compliance Project described in Attachment B.
