Administrative Agency Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, the fees specified in the Administrative Agency Fee Letter in the amounts and at the times specified therein.
Administrative Agency Fee. The Company shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent's own account an agency fee and other sums in the amount and at the times set forth in the Fee Letter.
Administrative Agency Fee. Subject to Sections 7.1(a) and 7.1(b), the Lessee shall pay or cause to be paid to the Agent, for the account of the Agent, an administrative agency fee (the “Administrative Agency Fee”), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Engagement Letter.

Administrative Agency Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for its own account an administrative agency fee equal to (x) on or prior to the Term Conversion Date, $100,000 per annum and (y) after the Term Conversion Date, $80,000 per annum, in each case multiplied by the Inflation Factor (pro rated for the first and last years of the term hereof) and payable annually in advance.
