Administration Staff. (i) Each level of the structure contains varying pay points, which provide for automatic yearly service increments within a level.
Administration Staff. The Corporation agrees to close the administration office on Remembrance Day. The Administration Staff shall receive the day off without pay, however, they shall be provided an opportunity to utilize a personal day or vacation day of pay so that the members do not lose any pay for the office closure, if they so choose.
Administration Staff. Plant Administrators shall work a modified work schedule, mutually agreeable between the Plant Manager and Employee of either a four (4) and/or five (5) day, Monday to Friday, forty (40) hour work week.
