Incidental Allowance. An incidental allowance of $9.82 per 24 hour period or part is payable for incidental expenses not otherwise recoverable. The period of payment is calculated from the time of departure from the University or from the employee’s residence whichever is the earliest to the time of return to the University or employee’s residence whichever is the earlier. Incidental Allowance. Employees on travel status who are required to obtain overnight accommodation shall be entitled to an incidental allowance of $6 for every night away.
Incidental Allowance. For courses that require an officer to reside away from his/her residence to attend a course, fifteen ($15.00) dollars per day incidental allowance, paid without receipts starting on the first day of the course.

Incidental Allowance. The parties acknowledge that as part of their normal job duties some employees are required to provide social outings to clients, such as, going for coffee, or various activities. The Employer agrees to provide to such employees an incidental allowance of ten dollars ($10.00) per month for each assigned client for such purpose.
Incidental Allowance. 5.6.1 An employee who undertakes overnight travel on official business away from their usual place of work is entitled to receive an incidental allowance as specified in guidelines.
5.6.2 One incidental allowance is paid for each 24 hour period spent away from home.
5.6.3 For the purposes of calculating incidental allowance that is payable, where an employee is travelling by air, rail or bus, he or she is deemed to have left home one hour before the scheduled departure time of transport and return home one hour after the actual arrival of the transport on the return trip.
Incidental Allowance. This allowance is payable each night the Employee is away from home. This amount is for incidental out of pocket expenses that arise in the course of the travel. The incidental allowance is not payable where the Employer has paid for the incidental items via reimbursement or credit card. The allowance amounts will be reviewed and adjusted annually on 1 July in accordance with the ATO guidelines. See Appendix E - Allowance Matrix for amounts.
Incidental Allowance. Employees on tour are entitled to receive an incidental allowance, as established by the ATO, appropriate to their salary bracket for each night away from Home Base.
