Common use of Adjustment of Assigned Time Clause in Contracts

Adjustment of Assigned Time. Any part-time employee who works a minimum of 22 thirty (30) minutes per day in excess of his/her assignment for a period of twenty (20) consecutive workdays or more, shall have his/her basic assignment changed to reflect the 23 longer hours in order to acquire fringe benefits on a properly prorated basis.
