Adjustment of Assigned Time. Any employee in the bargaining unit who 39 works at the direction of a supervisor a minimum of thirty (30) minutes or more per day in 40 excess of his or her regular part-time assignment for a period of twenty (20) consecutive 41 working days shall have his/her regular assignment adjusted upward to reflect the longer 42 hours.
