<Adjustment During Year of Above-Average. Local Water Supply> In a year in which the District is unable to accept an amount of project water equal to its annual entitlement for that year because of above-average local water supply available to the District due to climatic conditions which occurs subsequent to a year in which the District has increased its annual entitlement pursuant to subdivision (c) of this article, the District may make a reduction in its annual entitlement which shall not exceed the sum of all prior increases in annual entitlement made under subdivision (c) of this article less the sum of all prior decreases in annual entitlement made under this subdivision.‌

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.

  • Work During Vacation Period No employee shall be required to work during the employee's vacation once the vacation request has been approved.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Work During Vacation Should an employee who has commenced his scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the Hospital to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times his basic straight time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which he has so worked.
