Adjacent School Concurrency Service Area Capacity. a) If the projected student growth from a residential development causes the adopted LOS to be exceeded in a SCSA, an adjacent SCSA will be reviewed for available capacity. In conducting the adjacency review, the School Board shall first use the adjacent SCSA with the most available capacity to evaluate projected enrollment and, if necessary, shall continue to the SCSA with the next most available capacity until all adjacent SCSAs have been evaluated or the available capacity has been identified to allow a determination letter approving school concurrency to be issued.
