Student Generation Calculation a) To determine a proposed development’s projected students, the proposed development’s projected number and type of residential units shall be converted into projected students for all schools of each type within the specific SCSA using the School Board Student Generation Multiplier. The student generation rates shall be determined by the School Board and adopted into the Educational Facilities Plan. The student generation rates shall be updated at least every 2 years.
