Adequacy of Staff. The TPA must have adequate staff to perform the work required of this ECP. Due to the in-depth nature of the audit criteria, persons with specialized knowledge and experience will be required to perform the audits. The knowledge, skills and abilities of the TPA and staff must align with the criteria of the audits. Experienced personnel with extensive operational, maintenance and repair of shipboard and machinery space systems, equipment, and components is a prerequisite. The TPA shall employ at least one senior level Marine Engineer (Chief, First or Second Engineer) to perform shipboard machinery space audits. The TPA shall provide the Government the resumes of the TPA’s auditors assigned to conduct shore-side and vessel audits.

  • Adequacy of Financing The Purchaser has available to it sufficient funds to satisfy its obligations under this Agreement.

  • MAINTENANCE OF STANDARDS The Employer agrees, subject to the following provisions, that all conditions of employment in his/her individual operation relating to wages, hours of work, overtime differentials and general working conditions shall be maintained at not less than the highest standards in effect at the time of the signing of this Agreement, and the conditions of employment shall be improved whenever specific provisions for improvement are made elsewhere in this Agreement.

  • Maintenance of Status The Borrower will maintain its separate corporate existence and remain in good standing under the laws of the Xxxxxxxx Islands.

  • Adequacy Customer must satisfy itself as to the adequacy, appropriateness and compatibility of the Windcave Solution and/or the Goods for its requirements.
