ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING SERVICES Clause Samples

The "ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING SERVICES" clause defines the terms under which a service provider may offer programming work beyond the original scope of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how requests for extra programming tasks are to be made, how such services will be billed (such as at an hourly rate or by separate agreement), and any approval process required before work begins. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for handling and compensating additional programming work, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring both parties agree on the scope and cost of extra services.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING SERVICES. Programming service for major modifications or major additions to the above system after their installation shall be performed for a contracted fee not to exceed $60.00 per hour at the time such modifications or additions are defined.
