ADDITIONAL OBLIGATIONS OF BUSINESS ASSOCIATE. Business Associate shall not receive any remuneration, directly or indirectly, in exchange for any PHI, unless so allowed by the terms of the Underlying Agreement and in accordance with HITECH and any future regulations promulgated thereunder.
