Pattern of Activity Sample Clauses
The "Pattern of Activity" clause defines and identifies a recurring or systematic series of actions or behaviors relevant to the agreement. In practice, this clause is often used to establish whether certain conduct—such as repeated breaches, ongoing violations, or consistent performance—constitutes a pattern rather than isolated incidents. By clarifying what qualifies as a pattern, the clause helps parties distinguish between one-off events and ongoing issues, thereby enabling more effective enforcement of rights or remedies and addressing persistent problems within the contractual relationship.
