Additional Mark Provisions. To the extent such use is permitted under this Agreement, a party may only use the other party’s name and marks only in the form and manner and with appropriate legends as prescribed from time to time by the owner of such name or mark, and except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, a party will not use any other trademark or service mark in combination with such other party’s name or mark without the prior written approval of the owner of such name or trademark. Each party will promptly notify the other party of any unauthorized use by others of such other party’s name or mark, which may come to such other party’s attention. Each party has the sole right and discretion to bring infringement or unfair competition proceedings involving its own name or mark.
