Additional Insured By endorsement to all liability policies, except Worker’s Compensation and Professional Liability, evidenced by Vendor, TMWA, its officers, employees, and any other indemnitees included under this Agreement shall be included as additional insureds for all liability arising from the Agreement. Additional insured status shall apply until the expiration of time within which a claimant can bring suit per applicable law.

  • Additional Insured Endorsement An Additional Insured Endorsement (CG20 10 or C20 26), signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City to evidence the endorsement of the City as an additional insured per General Requirements, Subsection 1) above.

  • Additional Insured Endorsements An original Additional Insured Endorsement, signed by an authorized insurance company representative, must be submitted to the City of Sparks, by attachment to the Certificate of Insurance, to evidence the endorsement of the City of Sparks as additional insured.

The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers. Additional insured status for City shall apply until the expiration of time within which a claimant can bring suit per applicable state law. Any failure by the Contractor to comply with reporting provisions of the policies shall not affect its obligations to the additional insureds.

  • Additional Insurance Contractor may obtain additional insurance not required by this Contract.

  • Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement Contractor and its insurer agree to waive their rights of subrogation for any payments made under this coverage. A policy endorsement at least as broad as the unmodified NCCI Waiver of Our Right to Recover From Others endorsement WC 00 03 13 04/84 or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage is required waiving the insurer’s right to recover payments from the City.   • Non-Endorsement The Governing Board acknowledges that the granting of a Charter Agreement in no way represents or implies endorsement by the SCSB of any particular method used by the Charter School or its agents; nor does this Agreement constitute a guarantee by the SCSB of the success of the Charter School in providing a learning environment that shall improve student achievement.
