Other Indemnitees. Buyer shall cause Buyer Indemnitees, and Seller shall cause Seller Indemnitees, to comply with the provisions and to abide by the limitations set forth in this Article 10.
Other Indemnitees. Upon Purchaser's request, Sellers will indemnify any of Purchaser's Representatives to the same extent as Purchaser. Conversely, upon any Seller's request Purchaser will indemnify any of Seller's Representatives to the same extent as such Seller. No Representative of any Party, however, will be a third party beneficiary of the indemnification provisions set forth in this Agreement. In addition, a Party may release or waive any Claim to which such Party previously requested another Party to indemnify such Party's Representatives, and such Representatives will have no recourse against the Party releasing or waiving such Claim. To the extent that a Party requests another Party to indemnify such Party's Representatives, such Party will cause its Representatives to comply with the indemnification provisions and abide by the indemnification limitations set forth in this Agreement.

The Corporation may, to the extent authorized from time to time by the Board, grant rights to indemnification, and to advancement of expenses, to any employee or agent of the Corporation to the maximum extent of the provisions of this Section 5.2 with respect to the indemnification and advancement of expenses of Directors and officers of the Corporation.
