Additional Conditions Precedent to Final Advance. Lender shall not be obligated to make the final advance of Loan proceeds with respect to the Land, the Improvements or any Unit included within the Project unless the conditions described in Section 2.3 and Section 2.4 and the following additional conditions have been satisfied with respect to the Land, the Improvements or the Unit:
