Common use of Additional Compensation or Benefits Clause in Contracts

Additional Compensation or Benefits. Except as provided in Article 14.2 of this Agreement, no employee shall receive, and the Authority shall not draw any checks, or any additional compensation in any form, sick and injury leave, vacation, insurance coverage and any and all other benefits and privileges, for any employee who substitutes or acts for another in the position of another, other than the position to which the employee is appointed pursuant to the Ohio Constitution, Authority By-Law provisions, and the Rules and Regulations of the Authority. The President & CEO shall not appoint any person or submit any personnel action form contrary to said Constitution, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations and the provisions of this Agreement.
