Additional Classes. In the event additional classes are scheduled, they will be offered to ECFE teachers based on seniority. Should funding not be available, reduction in the number of FTEs will also be based on seniority. Hours assigned beyond the individual teaching contract shall not be deemed to permanently increase the teacher's equivalency and will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
