Additional Classes. In the event that the Board of Directors determines a Fund shall issue any additional classes of shares, the Corporation and the Investment Manager may enter into an addendum setting forth the name of the class(es), the fee schedule for each and such other terms and conditions as are applicable to the management of such class(es).
Additional Classes. In the event additional early childhood classes are scheduled, they will be offered to ECFE teachers based on seniority. Should funding not be available, reduction in full-time equivalency would also be based on seniority.
Additional Classes. Any teacher who agrees to teach an additional class during the teacher’s preparation period as shown on the annual master schedule will be paid an additional one-eighth (1/8) of the teacher’s annual salary for teaching such additional class.
Additional Classes. The Fund is authorized to issue separate classes of shares representing interests in separate investment portfolios. The parties intend that each portfolio established by the Fund, be covered by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Additional Classes a. The following standards shall be used for the purpose of defining the FTE for a secondary teacher. A secondary teacher shall be considered as 1.0 FTE if the teacher teaches five 50 to 60 minute classes per day for the entire school year. Secondary teachers who are contracted for fewer than five 50 to 60 minute classes per day shall be given a fractional FTE which shall be prorated from these standards. Teachers who teach during the regular course of their work day one extra class beyond a 1.0 FTE, shall be paid in the following manner: For the purpose of computing compensation, each extra 50 to 60 minute class taught per day, the teacher shall receive 1/5th of one day of the teacher‘s regular contracted base salary.
Additional Classes. Section 1. The rate for taking an additional class when it is impossible to obtain a substitute shall be $25.00 for the duration of the contract.

Additional Classes. Subject to Section 14.06(b) and Section 14.06(d), the Manager may amend this Agreement, without the consent of any Member or any other Person, in connection with the creation and issuance of such classes or series of Units, pursuant to Sections 3.02(b), 3.04(a) or 3.09.
Additional Classes. The Company shall only be permitted to issue additional Common Units, and/or establish other classes or series of Units or other Equity Securities in the Company to the Persons and on the terms and conditions provided for in Section 3.02, this Section 3.04, Section 3.09
Additional Classes. Subject to Section 3.8 and the last paragraph of Section 4.12, in addition to the Units, the Company may issue additional classes of securities or other interests in the Company as the Board of Managers shall determine in good faith with such designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties, as shall be fixed by the Board of Managers and which may include (but shall not be limited to), additional classes of Units or Membership Interests reflecting additional Capital Contributions, to which the assets and liabilities and income and expenditure attributable or allocated to such class shall be applied or charged.
