Additional Classes. In the event that the Client establishes one or more Classes of Units in addition to the Classes listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which the Client desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such Class of Units shall become a Class hereunder.
