INFORMATION AND SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY THE LPA The information and services to be furnished by the LPA are set out in Appendix "B” which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.
Services and Information for Persons with Limited English Proficiency A. Grantee shall take reasonable steps to provide services and information both orally and in writing, in appropriate languages other than English, to ensure that persons with limited English proficiency are effectively informed and can have meaningful access to programs, benefits and activities. CALCULATIONS TO BE MADE BY THIRD PARTY All calculations under this Agreement shall be made annually by an independent third party (the “Third Party”) selected and appointed each year by the District, subject to approval by Applicant in writing, which approval shall not unreasonably be withheld.
CONTACT WITH END USERS 50.1 Each Party at all times shall be the primary contact and account control for all interactions with its End Users, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties. End Users include active subscribers as well as those for whom Service Order installations are pending.
Laws to be Observed 6.1.1 A-E is assumed to be familiar with and, at all times, shall observe and comply with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations in any manner affecting the conduct of the PROJECTS/SERVICES.
POPULATION TO BE SERVED A. In accordance with the Contract, Contractor is required, within the limits of the Contractor’s service capacity, to serve individuals who meet the financial and clinical eligibility criteria for an adult who is Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI) and is eligible for services as described in the DARMHA manual.
COMMUNICATION OF INSERTS AND MESSAGES Competitive Supplier agrees that if it communicates with Participating Consumers directly, and unless prevented for regulatory or other such reasons from doing so, it shall allow the Town to include no less than three (3) inserts per year into such communications, provided that the Town pays the cost of printing and reproducing such insert and any incremental postage or handling costs the Competitive Supplier may incur as a result of including such insert. Competitive Supplier shall have the right to disapprove such General Communications (that is communications other than those pertaining to the Town’s demand-side management, energy efficiency programs and technology, and renewable energy programs, if applicable) and suggest revisions if it finds the communication inconsistent with its business interests, factually inaccurate or likely to mislead; provided, however: (i) that the communication shall be deemed approved if the Competitive Supplier fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days after receipt (not including weekends and holidays); and (ii) that no approval shall be necessary for any communication which has been ordered by the Department, the DOER, or any other Governmental Authority to be so communicated.
