The individual teacher or a group of teachers with a shared interest, examines practices in their own classroom(s) or school and develops a plan that includes:  Identification of the problem or issue  Student outcome  Data collection strategies (minimum of three (3) sources)  Implementation  Data analysis  Reflection  Review with evaluator
