Acknowledgment of Relationship. Consultant agrees that all dealings of the parties under this Agreement shall be confidential, and writings, reports, data, information or communication developed, prepared or assembled by Consultant under this Agreement, or any information made available to Consultant by District, shall not be revealed, disseminated or made available by Consultant to any person or entity other than District without the prior written consent of District, unless otherwise required by subpoena or applicable law.
Acknowledgment of Relationship. The Parties agree and acknowledge that this Agreement is granted in consideration of the promises agreed to in the Representative Agreement.
Acknowledgment of Relationship. The parties agree and acknowledge that they are cooperating partners, each with certain duties and responsibilities, in this grant project and that each party will take all necessary and proper actions to assure the success of this project. Should either party learn of any problem or deficiency with the work being performed or the manner that the project is administered, that party shall notify the other as quickly as reasonably possible of any problems or potential problem.
Acknowledgment of Relationship. 1.1 The parties mutually acknowledge that the Assignor has received US$150,000 from the Assignee as payment for the revenue interest in the contemplated drilling of the Oil Well; that the Assignee agreed within the Assignment Agreement to pay 15.4033% of the costs of drilling the Oil Well; and that a total of $38,540.71 in expenses have been validly incurred by the Operator as it attempted to drill the Oil Well in 2009.
Acknowledgment of Relationship. SCHOOL shall publicly acknowledge HOSPITAL’s partnership with SCHOOL in providing the TRAINER services in a manner agreed to by the parties.
