Accumulated Leave Plan. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or Board policy to the contrary, the Board shall adopt a 403(b) Annuity Plan for Government Employees Document (the “403(b) Special Pay Plan”) with terms that comply with the requirements of this Contract.
