Common use of Accounting and Payment for Contractor Services Clause in Contracts

Accounting and Payment for Contractor Services. Payment to the Contractor for services rendered under this contract shall be as set forth in Exhibit B: Budget, Invoicing and Contractor Payment attached hereto. Unless specifically stated in Exhibit B or approved in writing in advance by the Contract Officer for this contract, the County will not reimburse the Contractor for any costs or expenses incurred by the Contractor in the performance of this contract. The Contractor acknowledges that the entire compensation for this contract is specified in Exhibit B and the Contractor is not entitled to any County benefits including, but not limited to, vacation pay, holiday pay, sick leave pay, medical, dental, or other insurance benefits, or any other rights or privileges afforded to Xxxxx County employees.
