Accounting and Payment for Contractor Services. Payment to the Contractor for services rendered under this Agreement shall be as set forth in Attachment B. Unless specifically stated in Attachment B, the County will not reimburse the Contractor for any costs or expenses incurred by the Contractor in the performance of this contract.

Accounting and Payment for Contractor Services. Payment to the Contractor for services rendered under this Agreement shall be as set forth in Exhibit "B". Where Exhibit "B" requires payments by the County, payment shall be based upon xxxxxxxx, supported unless otherwise provided in Exhibit "B", by documentation of units of work actually performed and amounts earned, including where appropriate, the actual number of days worked each month, total number of hours for the month, and the total dollar payment requested.
