Account and Card Ownership. All Cards remain the property of ATB at all times. ATB may request the return of and replace a Card at any time. Neither the Business, the Owner(s) nor a Cardholder can assign or transfer to any party a Card, the Card Account, any Cardholder Account or this Agreement.
