Common use of Accidental Death or Dismemberment Insurance Clause in Contracts

In addition to the above Group Term Life Insurance coverage the Welfare Plan will include Accidental Death Insurance as outlined in the Table on a twenty-four (24) hour coverage basis. Dismemberment Insurance benefits of the Welfare Plan will be in accordance with the schedules offered by the particular carrier involved, such coverage to be on a twenty-four (24) hour basis.
