Common use of Access to EB Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to EB Premises. If Seller's work under the Purchase Order involves operations by Seller on Buyer's owned or controlled premises/property/worksite, Seller, its agents, employees, and subcontractors, shall take all necessary precautions and such additional precautions as Buyer may prescribe, to prevent the occurrence of any injury to persons or damage to property during the progress of such work.
