Common use of Access to Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Access to Aircraft. The City of Faribault will not operate, move, or otherwise change the position of any aircraft. The Fixed Base Operator, or occupant will be contacted to operate, move, or otherwise change the position of any aircraft, if such action is necessary for inspection or maintenance in a hangar. During periods of maintenance and/or inspection of hangars, should the aircraft need to be tied down on the apron, any fees that are or may be in place will be waived.
