Acceptances and Refunds subject to section 1.1.6 of this Schedule 1, BRI agrees to accept at all BRI Stores that accept returns of empty BRI Beer Containers and/or empty refillable beer containers, during normal business hours of operation, returns of empty Program Containers and Secondary Packaging, except for Bulk Returns, and to refund in full Deposits in cash.

  • PARTICIPATION IN CENTRALIZED CONTRACTS a. Agencies All State Agencies may utilize and purchase under any Centralized Contract let by the Commissioner, unless the Bid Documents limit purchases to specific State Agencies.

If Lender receives a payment from Borrower in the amount of one or more Periodic Payments and the amount of any late charge due for a delinquent Periodic Payment, the payment may be applied to the delinquent payment and the late charge. When applying payments, Lender will apply such payments in accordance with Applicable Law.
