If you wish to accept an offer of a place for your Child at the School the Acceptance Form must be completed, and submitted to us with the Deposit, by the date specified in the offer letter. The Acceptance Form must be signed by both Parents unless one Parent has sole parental responsibility for the Child or the School has previously confirmed in writing that it will accept just one Parent’s signature. 2.2. The non-refundable status of the Deposit. If you withdraw your acceptance of a place before your Child joins the School the Deposit will not be refunded. 2.3.

  • Xxxx XXX-to-Xxxx XXX Rollovers Assets distributed from your Xxxx XXX may be rolled over to the same Xxxx XXX or another Xxxx XXX of yours if the requirements of IRC Sec. 408(d)(3) are met. A proper Xxxx XXX-to-Xxxx XXX rollover is completed if all or part of the distribution is rolled over not later than 60 days after the distribution is received. In the case of a distribution for a first-time homebuyer where there was a delay or cancellation of the purchase, the 60- day rollover period may be extended to 120 days.   • XXXXX-XXXXX AND RELATED ACT PROVISIONS This section is applicable to all Federal-aid construction projects exceeding $2,000 and to all related subcontracts and lower-tier subcontracts (regardless of subcontract size). The requirements apply to all projects located within the right-of- way of a roadway that is functionally classified as Federal-aid highway. This excludes roadways functionally classified as local roads or rural minor collectors, which are exempt. Contracting agencies may elect to apply these requirements to other projects.   • CONTRACT XXXXXXXX Contractor and the distributors/resellers designated by the Contractor, if any, shall provide complete and accurate billing invoices to each Authorized User in order to receive payment. Xxxxxxxx for Authorized Users must contain all information required by the Contract and the State Comptroller. The State Comptroller shall render payment for Authorized User purchases, and such payment shall be made in accordance with ordinary State procedures and practices. Payment of Contract purchases made by Authorized Users, other than Agencies, shall be billed directly by Contractor on invoices/vouchers, together with complete and accurate supporting documentation as required by the Authorized User. Submission of an invoice and payment thereof shall not preclude the Commissioner from reimbursement or demanding a price adjustment in any case where the Product delivered is found to deviate from the terms and conditions of the Contract or where the billing was inaccurate. Contractor shall provide, upon request of the Commissioner, any and all information necessary to verify the accuracy of the xxxxxxxx. Such information shall be provided in the format requested by the Commissioner and in a media commercially available from the Contractor. The Commissioner may direct the Contractor to provide the information to the State Comptroller or to any Authorized User of the Contract.
