ACADEMIC GOVERNANCE AND COLLEGIALITY. 9.40.10 The Employer recognizes the right, privilege, and responsibility of Faculty Members and Professional Librarians to participate in the collegial processes of the University including, but not limited to, major planning exercises and initiatives. Faculty Members have a right to vote in Senate and Faculty meetings.
