Common use of Abuse of Leave Clause in Contracts

Abuse of Leave. If leave of absence is granted for a specific purpose, and it is found that the leave is not actually being used for such purpose, the Auditor may cancel the leave and direct the employee to report for work by giving written notice to the employee. Disciplinary action, up to and including removal or dismissal, may also be taken against the employee.
