Absent Without Approved Leave. When an employee is absent from work for three (3) consecutive days and who is not on an approved leave may be disciplined up to and including termination. Absences due to illnesses, injury or due to emergency situations as specified in Subsection 28.1 B 5 must be considered in determining just cause.
