Common use of Absence Clause in Contracts

Absence. Executive’s absence from the active performance of his duties in the operation of the Company’s business on more than an occasional basis, other than as a result of (i) approved vacations, medical leave or personal leave, or (ii) a Permanent Disability, defined below;
