Establishment of Management Committee. The General Partner hereby establishes a committee (the “Management Committee”) and delegates to the Management Committee the General Partner’s full power and authority to represent the Partnership, to act in the name of the Partnership and to manage the business of the Partnership, including without limitation the powers and authorities set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement. Further, the General Partner hereby authorizes the Management Committee to delegate its powers and authorities to the officers or other managers of the Partnership. In addition, the officers of the Partnership described in Section 8.5 shall have the powers and authorities set forth therein. The officers of the Partnership shall conduct the business operations and activities of the Partnership in a manner consistent with the policies adopted from time to time by the Management Committee.
Establishment of Management Committee. (a) Representatives. There shall be established a Management Committee composed of up to nine (9) Persons all of whom shall be individuals ("Representatives") who shall be elected by a majority vote of the holders of Common Units, Class C Units and Class D Units, voting together as a single class, and each such Unitholder shall have (i) one vote for each Class B Unit, Class C Unit and/or Class D Unit held by such Unitholder and (ii) two votes for each Class A Unit held by such Unitholder. Any Representative may be removed from the Management Committee at any time by the holders of a majority of the total voting power of the outstanding Common Units, Class C Units and Class D Units. Each Representative shall remain in office until his or her death, resignation or removal, and in the event of death, resignation or removal of a Representative, the party or parties, as applicable, that designated such Representative shall fill the vacancy created.
Establishment of Management Committee. (a) The Participants will prior to the Effective Date establish a Management Committee in accordance with this clause 6.

Establishment of Management Committee. Following the formation of the Joint Venture pursuant to clause 9.1 there will be established a management committee in respect of the Joint Venture (the Management Committee).

Cerylid and Anadys will establish a joint committee consisting of the number of representatives specified in Item 12 of Schedule 1, with each of Cerylid and Anadys appointing half of that number of representatives or such other agreed equal number of representatives from Cerylid and Anadys. One member appointed by each party will be a business person.
Establishment of Management Committee. (a) A Management Committee is established on the Commencement Date. Each Joint Venturer must appoint two representatives to the Management Committee in writing.
Establishment of Management Committee. 2.1 The Minister for the Environment shall within a period of sixty (60) days from the date on which this Agreement is Registered constitute an advisory committee under the NPWA which shall be empowered to operate and fulfil its functions under this Agreement.
